A study presented at the Congress of the European Academy of Neurology (Amsterdam, The Netherland, 22–27 June 2017) has suggested that Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) risk is affected by month of birth. According to the findings, October babies have the highest risk of developing GBS, whereas the risk is lowest for those born in June.
