As part of #NCEpilepsyWeek, we sat down with Melodie Winawer, Associate Professor of Neurology in the Gertrude H. Sergievsky Center at the Columbia University Medical Center (NY, USA), to discuss the current state of the field of genetics in epilepsy, and how our growing knowledge can be targeted in the development of new treatments.
