AAN17: Potential novel treatment for multiple sclerosis identified

A collaborative team of researchers from QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute, Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and the University of Queensland (Brisbane, Australia) have conducted a small, preliminary study which may show promise for a new form of treatment for patients with progressive multiple sclerosis (MS).  The study was presented at the American Academy of Neurology’s 69th Annual meeting (held April 22-28 2017, MA, USA).
