Limiting screen time immediately after suffering a concussion has been shown to significantly shorten the duration of symptoms.

A recent study, led by Theodore Macnow (University of Massachusetts Medical School, MA, USA), offers the first clinical evidence that restricting screen time in the acute period following a concussion can reduce the duration of symptoms. This finding supports preliminary clinical recommendations to limit screen time after a concussion.
